JANITORIAL

A clean facility takes more than showing up with a mop and a checklist. We learn the space, understand its needs, and build our approach around how the facility is actually used. From daily cleaning and sanitation to high-traffic areas and detailed work, we take pride in maintaining spaces that are clean, safe, professional, and ready for the people who depend on them.

FLOOR CARE

Floors take some of the hardest wear in any facility, and we treat them accordingly. We maintain VCT, carpet, and other commercial flooring using the right equipment, products, and processes for each surface. From routine maintenance to stripping, waxing, extraction, and restorative care, our goal is to protect the floor, extend its life, and keep it looking the way it should.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Some properties require more than routine cleaning. We provide hands-on property maintenance for facilities and grounds with unique requirements, including cemeteries, parking garages, government properties, and other large or specialized sites.

WINDOW CLEANING

Clean windows are part of a well-maintained property. We provide interior and exterior commercial window cleaning for single- and multi-story facilities, bringing the same attention to detail to the work as we do to the rest of the property.

LAUNDRY & LINENS

We provide commercial laundry and linen services, including laundering, pickup and delivery, and complete linen rental programs. We manage the details from inventory and cleaning to replacement and delivery, keeping facilities stocked with clean, quality linens and ready for operation.

PEST CONTROL

We provide routine inspections, preventive treatments, and extermination services for a wide range of pests. We focus on identifying issues early, preventing infestations, and taking decisive action when problems arise to keep facilities protected and pest-free.

Mission

BUILT ON A LIFE OF SERVICE

My name is Eric Hedrick, and I would like to take the time to introduce myself, as well as HamHed Property Services, to you. Personally, I participated in two combat missions from 1988 to 1992 and, after returning home, studied business administration, joined the police force, and served my local fire department as chief. As a man of service, I take pride in being able to further my passion through the countless veteran operations with which HamHed does business.

HamHed is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that was established in 2003 and has since grown to service contracts in almost all fifty states. As the majority owner, I oversee the management of both government and commercial operations. Through daily interaction with the business, I have truly grown to believe that my company delivers exceptional quality unmatched by its competitors.

Our goal is to provide outstanding support for our customers who provide so much for us. We endeavor to treat every property as though it were our own. We intend to treat every customer as though they were our first. Lastly, we intend to provide our high-quality service and expertise until our work is complete.
